This is what we like to call Partial-Property Management. Xplorie is only offered to short term rentals that are a part of a resort. We provide all of the training, resources, widgets, and advertisement needed to help you get started. We add your rental to our website and to the many channels that we advertise on, to our social media accounts with over 30k followers , and you get an expert team on your side that is going to work harder than most to make sure your cabin is successful.
With Mountain Shadows, you get to choose how much or how little we are involved through our tailored-to-your-needs approach to management.
Our new Management team and hospitality team are 5 star rated and have been serving and cleaning 5 star cabins and Airbnb Super Hosts in Gatlinburg and Sevierville for over 14 years. Mountain Shadows is partnered with Legacy Hospitality Management for all of the cleaning needs with Mountain Shadow Properties. They bring that specialized and detailed cleaning to your cabins that most cleaning companies don’t provide. They also bring routine maintenance, professional staff, commercial laundry, and many options to your linen and towel needs all included in their cleaning fee. No cabin is subcontracted to a cleaner that Mountain Shadows doesn’t know and haven’t trained themselves.
You can choose to use Legacy or use your own cleaning team. You can use our Bedbug protection plan and monthly pest control or use your own.
With Mountain Shadows, you decide your involvement and you are not ever going to see Management Fees over 20%. With Partial Property Management, you’re only going to see a 10% take.
