Walk up one small set of stairs to the front door. Upon entering, you will see the dining room on the right and kitchen. To the left you will find the living room and King Master Suite, and Queen Master Suite to the right. The Stairs lead to the game room where there is a twin bunk bed, comfy futon, pool table, and arcade. To the right of the game room, there is a King Master Suite with large walk in closets, jacuzzi tub, and second bathroom sink.
There is a large oversized hot tub on the back porch that’s covered with plenty of seating all through the house and outside. There is a wood burning firepit perfect for roasting smores in the front yard.
This is a gorgeous area situated on a cul-de-sac with plenty of parking. The roads are treated during the winter and are not elevated and easy to drive.
Bear Alley is 3 minutes from Rocky Top Sports World, Mills Park and Gatlinburg Recreation Area where there is a brand, new state of the art indoor pool, fitness center, basketball court, and playground.
Bear Alley is 8 minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg, 15 minutes to Dollywood, and 10 minutes from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
Pigeon Forge takes about 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic.
